Not only was his streak of 29 years with one team the longest in the NFL for any position coach, but it's also a Bengals record for a coach.
Anderson joined the Bengals in 1984 following a college coaching career that included stops at Nevada-Las Vegas, Southern Methodist and Stanford. He worked under five Cincinnati head coaches -- Sam Wyche, Dave Shula, Bruce Coslet, Dick LeBeau and Marvin Lewis.
