A Graham man accused of possessing child pornography was arrested by the Washington State Patrol Monday.
The State Patrol's missing and Exploited Children's Task Force began an investigation involving the 43-year-old man in mid-January after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, according to a news release.
Detectives say the man traded sexually explicit images and videos of underage children, specifically young girls between the ages of 6 and 14.
The images and videos were being traded using email and social media accounts.
Police searched the man's house and vehicle Monday morning and found additional images, the release said.
The man was booked in Pierce County Jail.
Detectives believe there victims who have not been identified. Anyone who believes their child could be a victim are asked to call 360-704-2400.
