Seattle Sonics legend Slick Watts will headline a panel discussing the history and future of basketball in the Northwest. The event will take place at the State Capital Museum (221 21st Ave. SW, Olympia), at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. Admission is a suggested $2 and free for all youth basketball players.
