Jason Washburn tied a career high with 26 points on 9-of-12 shooting, and Utah defeated Arizona State, 60-55, in a Pacific-12 Conference matchup in Salt Lake City.

The victory avenged a 55-54 overtime loss in Tempe, Ariz., on Jan. 2.

Washburn’s reverse layup put the Utes (11-13, 3-9 Pac-12) ahead 54-53 late, and his two free throws with 25 seconds remaining helped seal the victory.

Carrick Felix led ASU (18-7, 7-5) with 14 points and 11 rebounds. Jahii Carson added 12 points.
