Those interested in learning about the Tumwater Brewery Project are invited to a public hearing Thursday at South Sound Manor.

Those who attend will learn about the Brewery District Planning Project, which looks at the character and potential for the 300-acre area around the former Tumwater brewery.

The city plans on working with land owners, businesses, residents and stakeholders to develop the future of the area.

The meeting will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at South Sound Manor, 455 North Street in Tumwater.
