The Denver Broncos have placed the franchise tag on All-Pro left tackle Ryan Clady.

Clady started all 16 games last season and allowed just one sack while protecting the blindside of Denver quarterback Peyton Manning.

The 12th overall pick in the 2008 draft, Clady has been named to three Pro Bowls during his five-year career while starting all 80 games.
