Some ideas to consider while sitting in traffic

Hey, everyone ready for a 10-cent tax increase on gas? Here’s why it’s needed: to pay for the bungled design and construction of pontoons, a $3 million ferry motor because they didn’t read the manual, more sound barriers and cable barriers along our freeways, and more fences that don’t work to stop jumpers.

Mull this over while you’re sitting in traffic on Interstate 5 during the commute. And the Green Guv’s plan for global warming? (Which by the way is forecasted to result in lower snowpacks and less water for Western Washington): more solar houses, more electric windmills and electric car chargers along our highways.

You might recall this when water restrictions go into effect this summer in your neighborhood.
