Brad Wallace threw a complete-game four-hitter and allowed no earned runs to lead River Ridge to a 4-2 victory over first-place W.F. West in a 2A Evergreen Conference baseball game. Wallace also went 3-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs scored.

Ty Carlton pitched four innings to earn the win on the mound, and Benny Kaleiwahea had two triples in Timberline’s 8-2 victory over Foss. The Blazers’ victory sets up today’s 4 p.m. showdown with North Thurston in a matchup of the only unbeaten teams remaining in the 3A Narrows League.

Nick Kosierowski had a home run and two doubles in Northwest Christian’s 8-2 win over Naselle in Pacific 2B League baseball.

Cameron Monda belted a two-run home run, and Ryan Rieta went 2-for-3 with two runs scored for Capital, but the Cougars lost to Aberdeen, 6-5, in a 2A Evergreen Conference baseball game.

Shelton overcame a six-run deficit with eight runs in the fourth inning, but Wilson rallied back with two runs in the sixth and two in the seventh to pull out a wild, 11-9 win over the Highclimbers. Get the latest high school sports results from around South Sound at
