Boys soccer: Capital-Tyee 2A state playoff game moved to Tuesday

May 13, 2013

Because of a scheduling conflict at Highline Memorial Stadium, Capital's 2A first-round state playoff boys soccer game against Tyee will be played at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the stadium, Capital coach Kyle Jones said. The winner of Capital-Tyee advances to the 2A state quarterfinals and faces the winner of Tuesday's Archbishop Murphy-Franklin Pierce game Saturday.

In Class 1A, Rochester hosts Okanogan Wednesday night, likely at Tumwater District Stadium. As of Monday morning, the location of the game hadn't been announced.
