The Little Red Schoolhouse Barbecue 4-7 p.m. Thursday at the Olympia Lacey Church of God, 5005 Lacey Blvd. SE, Olympia. Proceeds provide students with school supplies, backpacks and clothing. Olympia Peace Choir fundraiser 7 p.m., Friday at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 1601 North St. Donations will benefit Sidewalk Homeless Services Project. Two guest choirs, Vashon Free Range Choir and Southworth Elementary Choir, will perform with the Peace Choir.
Old Soldiers Ride The Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association is hosting a poker run, raffle and social on Saturday to benefit the Washington State Soldiers Home. The run will kick off with registration at 9 a.m. at Northwest Harley Davidson, 8000 Freedom Lane NE, Lacey.
