Developers set to propose Titus-Will Service Center in Tumwater

July 11, 2013

Representatives of the Berschauer Group will meet with Tumwater development officials next week to get feedback on a proposal for a new Titus-Will Service Center in Tumwater, according to a development review committee agenda.

The feasibility review meeting is July 18.

Under consideration for the Mottman industrial park is a 10,000-square-foot building, along with a 2,000-square-foot covered area, that will be used as an automotive service support and detail facility. It also will have parking and storage for about 80 vehicles.
