Make coal exporter build enclosed sites

GrapeviewJuly 15, 2013

In today’s (July 8) Olympian, kudos to the letter from Gary Kelly.

Let me add that the environmentalist completely missed an out from the coal companies concerning losses of coal during transit. Coal companies said they lose a certain amount of coal from open gondolas during transit. The dummies, tell them to put tarps or some other type of cover over the gondolas.

When they build new terminals at the docks, it takes not big stretch of the imagination that they build enclosed off-loading facilities.

The Olympian is pleased to provide this opportunity to share information, experiences and observations about what's in the news.
