Critics of Zimmerman verdict are the racists

SheltonJuly 19, 2013

Headline on the Olympian July 15: Tears, anger nationwide after verdict in Florida. The article goes on to infer the verdict was racially motivated and that all protesters (including clergy and lawmakers) were correct in their assumption the verdict was racially motivated and the rest of us are racist.

I dare say not one of those people, including your reporter, sat in on, or even read the trial records. So not knowing the fact the jurors were privy to, how can they and you assume different facts of this case? Our laws say you are innocent until proved guilty in a court of law. The court found the defendent innocent.

In my opinion every one of those people are racists because the white man killed a black man. A 17-year-old man, not a 15-year-old child as our TV people want us to believe.
