UPDATE: The Fourth Avenue bridge is reopened in both directions, following an early morning fire that destroyed the Olympia Oyster House.
All travel lanes are open to traffic, according to Olympia Public Works. The parking lane has been closed off and the sidewalk next to the restaurant is closed, but there is a pedestrian lane.

Olympia officials said there would be detours to Fifth Avenue from the area of Percival Landing Friday morning.
Drivers might want to avoid that area.
