Black Hills' Jimmy Belleville, shown here in 2009 capturing his fourth straight Mat Classic title, returns to the area as the new wrestling coach at River Ridge.

TONY OVERMAN — The Olympian

Thurston County's most successful high school wrestler is coming home -- to coach.

Jimmy Belleville, a 2009 Black Hills High School graduate who won four state titles at Mat Classic, is River Ridge's new head wrestling coach.

From 2006 through '09, Belleville, now age 22, was nearly unstoppable on the mat. He compiled a 166-8 record for the Wolves and won state titles at 103, 125, 145 and 160 pounds to become the state's fifth four-time state champion. He wrestled collegiately for Wyoming and Northern Colorado.
