A reset is needed for Obama’s reset

WinlockAugust 7, 2013

The military coup against the democratically elected president of Egypt has thrown a little wrench into President Barack Obama’s plans. Under his administration the United States has once again backed the wrong horse in the race. So what is the sum of Obama’s Middle Eastern policy? Libya in the clutches of Islamic militants, Syria is a blood bath with no coherent U.S. policy, Iraq returning to a blood bath, Afghanistan on the way to defeat and failure, and finally Egypt which is on the verge of the civil war.

Indeed, his “reset” policy appears to be working famously.
