Level 3 sex offender registers to live in Lacey

The Thurston County Sheriff's Office has issued a general notification regarding level 3 sex offender, Scott L. Blevins, 32. 

Blevins pleaded guilty on July 17, 1997, in Thurston County Juvenile Court, to two counts of fourth degree assault with sexual motivation. He was sentenced to six months of community supervision. The conviction stemmed from Blevins, at 14, sexually assaulting a 14-year-old female.

On Aug. 28, 1998, Blevins pleaded guilty in Thurston County Juvenile Court, to attempted indecent liberties. He was sentenced to 12 months community supervision. That conviction stemmed from Blevins, at 17, sexually assaulting a 34-year-old known female. On that same day, Blevins pleaded guilty to fourth degree assault with sexual motivation. He was sentenced to 12 months confinement. That convicted stemmed from Blevins sexually assaulting a 16-year-old known female.

On Dec. 3, 1998, Blevins pleaded guilty, once again in Thurston County Juvenile Court, to second degree child molestation. He was sentenced to two years confinement. That conviction stems from Blevins, at 17, secually assaulting a 13-year-old female.

Scott L. Blevins is described as a white male, 6 feet and 200 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. He has registered to live in the 3900 block of Sidney Street, in Lacey.
