Woman accused of having sex with 15-year-old boy in Lacey

A 36-year-old woman is accused in court papers of having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old boy in Lacey while she was "attempting to assist (him) with his dancing career by introducing him to a talent agent."

Aglaia Cloud moved from Lacey to Fayetteville, North Carolina in October, but continued to visit the 15-year-old in Lacey, according to court papers. She is charged in Thurston County Superior Court with four counts of third-degree child rape and one count of communication with a minor for immoral purposes.

She has been summoned to court for her arraignment in Olympia scheduled on Tuesday, September 17. Cloud could not be reached for comment through her talent agent.

According to court records:

The 15-year-old's mother became suspicious of her son's relationship with the woman this year, and in mid-May, found Facebook messages on her son's account that alarmed her. She then confronted her son, and he "admitted to her mother to having a sexual relationship with the defendant and that it had been ongoing since September, 2012."

He also told his mother "that he did not want to have a relationship with the defendant, but stated he felt it was the only way to stay connected to the talent agent."

The boy has stated that Cloud knew he was 15 when they started having sex.

In late May, a Lacey police detective began an investigation and confirmed the mother's allegations about the sexual relationship between Cloud and the boy. The Lacey detective found records showing that the two had communicated by phone and text. The boy said that Cloud had visited him in Lacey at least four time after she moved away in October, and they continued to have sexual relations.

The detective has a recording of a phone conversation between Cloud and the boy where he asked her "did we, or did we not have sex before I turned 16?" and she responded, "yes."

The detective has obtained a video recording of Cloud and boy having sex at the Holiday Inn Express in Lacey.

Until Thursday afternoon, Cloud had a listing on the Internet Movie Database that detailed her professional credentials as a musician and performer. After a reporter from The Olympian called Cloud's listed "talent agent" on the website, that information had been removed.
