Resourceful shoppers use their plastic bags

ElmaSeptember 1, 2013

I understand that there is an overabundance of underused plastic grocery bags. When I buy groceries, I use my reusable bag. But then I have to beg my relatives for their grocery bags, because I use them for everything — pooper scoopers, yard waste, garbage bags, packing material.

If grocery bags were outlawed, I would have to buy plastic bags. What do people who refuse the grocery bags line their kitchen garbage cans with? My guess is they buy plastic bags.

I am not a polluting shopper. I am resourceful.
