Level 3 sex offender will live on Pamela Drive SE, in Olympia

The Thurston County Sheriff's Office has issued a general notification regarding 28-year-old Timothy L. Borden. Borden is a level 3 sex offender who has registered to live in the 500 block of Pamela Drive SE, in Olympia.

On Oct. 24, 2000, Borden pleaded guilty in Thurston County Juvenile Court to two counts of 4th degree assault. He was sentenced to nine months supervision. The conviction stems from Borden, at 15, sexually assaulting two known females, ages 14 and 15.

On May 25, 2001, Borden was found guilty in Thurston County Juvenile Court to the charge of indecent liberties. He was sentenced to 15 to 36 weeks confinement. That conviction stemmed from Borden, at 16, sexually assaulting a known 14-year-old female.

On June 28, 2002, Borden was found guilty in Thurston County Juvenile Court of 3rd degree rape. He was sentenced to 80 weeks confinement. The conviction stemmed from Borden, at 17, sexually assaulting a known 14-year-old female.

On Sept. 10, 2004, Borden pleaded guilty in Thurston County Superior Court one count of 3rd degree rape. He was sentenced to 54 months confinement. The conviction stemmed from Borden, at 19, forcibly having sexual intercourse with a known 19-year-old female.

Timothy L. Borden is described as a white male, 5 feet 4 inches and 170 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes.
