Staff reportSeptember 22, 2013

Timberland Regional Library is celebrating its 45th anniversary by running a 45-day contest for an e-reader.

Everyone who signs up for a new Timberland library card between now and Oct. 31 will be entered into a drawing for the e-reader, donated by the library foundation.

Timberland Library cardholders have access to all books, magazines, movies and music at Timberland locations in Thurston, Grays Harbor, Lewis, Mason and Pacific counties.

To get a library card, stop at any of Timberland’s 27 libraries with a photo ID with a current address or photo ID and a piece of mail that shows a current address.

Those ages 17 and younger must have a parent or guardian present to sign them up for the card. New library cardholders of all ages are eligible for the e-reader drawing.
