A 64-year-old woman has died from her injuries after a two car collision at the intersection of South Bay and Lilly Road NE Sunday night.

The 64-year-old woman's vehicle was pulling out of the Chevron Station on South Bay Road about 7:10 p.m. when she was broadsided by a vehicle being driven by a 19-year-old woman, Thurston County Sheriff's Sgt. Ray Brady said.

The 64-year-old woman died early Monday morning at Providence St. Peter Hospital, Brady said. Thurston County Coroner Gary Warnock identified the deceased woman as Trudy A. Berger. He added that her autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday morning.

The 19-year-old driver was unhurt, Brady said.

No other passengers were inside either of the two vehicles, Brady added.

Sheriff's deputies do not expect to issue any traffic citations in connection with the fatality, Brady said.
