Washington State Patrol bomb technicians Cliff Pratt and Todd Thornburg introduce "Ralph", a high-tech, remote-controlled robotic unit used by the agency during a Thursday demonstration to Matt Bell's robotics class Thursday at Black Hills High School. The visit was intended to demonstrate the state-of-the-art system to the group of aspiring robotics' operators.The robot was named in honor of WSP's first human bomb squad technician.
