Republicans exhibiting some idiotic tendencies

OlympiaOctober 8, 2013

Idiocy is sometimes defined as doing the same thing over and over but expecting a different result. The Republican-led U.S. House has voted 48 (or is it 49?) times to repeal the Affordable Care Act and each time it was defeated in the Senate. But, when we really need a continuing resolution to keep the government running, what do they do? Attach a “do not fund Obamacare” once again like they expect a different result.

OK, what is it that they don’t get? What did they expect?

The mainstream Republicans are being held hostage by a few members exhibiting idiotic tendencies (doing it over and over and over …) and a House speaker with absolutely no backbone. No wonder we find ourselves in this mess.
