The LOTT Clean Water Alliance has scheduled a workshop 6:30-9 p.m., Oct. 23 in the LOTT board room, 500 Adams St. N.E., Olympia, to engage the public in a long range study about reclaimed wastewater.
The multi-year project is designed to figure out what happens to medicines and every day person care products that are washed down the drain, and may end up in reclaimed wastewater.
The study findings will help the Lacey, Olympia, Tumwater and Thurston County wastewater partners make informed decision about the role reclaimed water will play in the region's future.
