With shutdown over, do you feel better about Congress?

R epublicans dropped their fight against Obamacare and agreed to a deal that will reopen the government they had partially closed for more than two weeks. Furloughed workers will get paid for an unplanned vacation. But what about other Americans who lost income from government contracts or whose business suffered during this ginned-up crisis? We would predict Congress’ approval rating would go down as a result, but it’s already in the tank.
