Cynthia Pratt has made a significant and visible difference on the council. She is well-known in the community for her strength of leadership and passion for public service. She works collaboratively with fellow council members. She listens, and she is not afraid to ask hard questions to get the correct perspective on issues. Above all, she does her homework, and makes informed decision on issues for the well-being of the citizens.

She believes in balanced and planned growth that protects environment, improved transportation, and safe and sustainable communities. As a first-term council member, her accomplishments are impressive. She worked to make city government open and accessible. She played a significant role in getting the city to work on transforming the Woodland Business District into a vibrant urban center. She supported the senior center expansion project to provide more opportunities for Lacey’s senior community. These accomplishments speak for themselves.
