Former PSE staffer Cochrane joins Olympia engineering firm

Casey Cochrane, who spent 10 years with the utility Puget Sound Energy, has joined SCJ Alliance of Olympia, an engineering and planning firm.

Cochrane will work in project development and community relations, similar to his role with PSE.

The company also announced four additional hires:

-Lisa Palazzi, certified professional soil scientist and certified professional wetland scientist. Palazzi has worked in soil science, soil hydrology and wetland science for more than 20 years.

-Maryam Lynch-Tate, senior marketing coordinator. Lynch-Tate has worked in marketing for more than 19 years.

-Dan Ireland, project manager. Ireland previously spent 10 years with the state Department of Transportation.

-Joshua Sjoding, IT specialist. He previously worked for the state Department of Social and Health Services.
