Reggie Rogers, a former University of Washington football All-American and first-round NFL draft pick, has died.
According to a police source, Rogers died of an overdose.
He was found on a porch at a home, possibly near 27th and East Yesler Way in the Central District.
Rogers, who killed three teenagers in a DUI crash a year after being drafted by the Detroit Lions, had a criminal history that includes six DUI convictions.
He was recently charged with domestic violence assault.
