She pulled child from school to avoid digital injuries

OlympiaNovember 1, 2013

Wi-Fi in public schools exposes children to electromagnetic fields all day long. Digital Citizenship is a required component to the state’s learning standards along with 36 other states that have signed on to Common Core Curriculum.

Cyber learning, I am told, teaches children 21st century skills. I, as a mother, know this is not what growing children need and I pulled my 12-year-old out of middle school under the precautionary principle. Clearly having no participation in the management process causes failure in creating a democratic society.
