Staff writerNovember 9, 2013

A public hearing on the Port of Olympia's proposed 2014 budget is set for 5:30 p.m. Nov. 12 at Tumwater Town Center Bldg. #14, 7219 Cleanwater Drive S.W., Tumwater.

The budget is on file at the port's offices, 915 Washington St. N.E., Olympia, and a summary of the budget also is on the port's website, www.portolympia.com.

The port is expected to adopt the budget for 2014 at its commission meeting on Nov. 25.

The meeting was moved to Nov. 12 because Nov. 11 is Veterans Day.
