Roy Grain silo collapse

Emergency responders from the South Pierce Fire Dept. responded to a grain processing feed mill owned by Wilcox Farms in downtown Roy Monday afternoon after one of its silos collapsed. Three workers escaped, but one is still unaccounted for, according to South Pierce Fire Chief Bob Vellias.Video by Steve Bloom
