Public hearing Jan 7 on interim zoning regs for legal pot in Thurston County

The Thurston County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, to take public testimony on interim zoning regulations for state-licensed marijuana producers, processors and retailers authorized by state law.

The interim zoning regulations will control where legal marijuana can be grown, processed and sold in Thurston County.

The public is invited to participate in discussion.Testimony will be accepted.

The hearing will be at the County Courthouse Building One, Room 152, at 2000 Lakeridge Drive SW in Olympia.
