NSA lawsuit will put professor against eye doctor

OlympiaJanuary 12, 2014

Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul is suing the Obama administration over the NSA’s mass surveillance of the American people. The litigation surrounds incalculable violations by the U.S. government to properly adhere to the Fourth Amendment’s constitutional protections against warrantless searches or seizures of American citizens privacy and property without reasonable suspicion or due process of law.

In short, a Kentucky ophthalmologist is suing a Harvard constitutional law professor over discrepancies and mass violations of centuries-old provisions in the Bill of Rights. Ironic. Looks like I’ll stand with Rand in 2016.
