Sara Bowen’s game-high 18 points led four Timberline players in double figures in a 59-35 win over Foss in 3A Narrows League girls basketball. The Blazers’ victory sets up a showdown between league-leading Wilson and second-place Timberline at 7 p.m. Friday.

Alexa Barnes’ 11 points helped Olympia to a 48-15 victory over Shelton in 4A Narrows League play. The Bears held the Highclimbers to one point in the first half.

Megan Kramer had 19 points for North Thurston in its 44-33 loss to Lincoln.

Jarryn Bush had a career-high 30 points, and Brandell Evans had 18 in Timberline’s 65-62 win over Foss in 3A Narrows League boys basketball. The Blazers improved to 4-3 in league play. Armond Davis scored 37 for the Falcons.

Yelm moved into second place in the 4A Narrows League with an 83-75 victory over Gig Harbor. The Tornados improved to 10-5 overall.

Olympia won for the second time in three games, downing Shelton, 62-40, in 4A Narrows play behind Khalil Matheney’s 13 points, and 12 from Nolan Black.
