The Mason County Sheriff's Office has issued a general notification regarding two sex offenders who have registered in Mason County.
According to a news release:
Level 2 sex offender, Bradley Eugene Haberman, 52, has registered as a transient, and plans to live homeless in the Shelton area.
Haberman earned his level 2 status due to six counts, in Thurston County, of voyeurism and one count of possessing depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
The conviction of multiple sex crimes stems from Haberman, at 39, poking holes in the wall between his room and the bathroom, and then placing a computer camera to the holes. Haberman then videotaped the unsuspecting 19-year-old female roommate while she dressed/undressed, and bathed, on multiple occasions.
During the investigation, police seized Haberman's computer and more than 150 photos of children, both girls and boys, engaged in sexually explicit conduct were discovered.
Bradley Eugene Haberman is described as a white male, 5 feet 8 inches and 255 lbs., with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Level 3 sex offender Jesse Michael Matz, 23, has registered to live in 1100 block of E. Phillips Lake Loop Road, in Shelton.
Matz earned his level 3 status after pleading guilty in Mason County Superior Court, to 3rd degree rape of a child. The conviction stems from Matz, at 20, raping a 14-year-old girl.
Court documents revealed that Matz snuck into a friend's house where another person had placed the drug Ketamine into the victim's drink. Matz then raped the girl. During the investigation, another victim was interviewed. The second victim, a 15-year-old girl disclosed that she attended several other parties with Matz, and Matz was giving other young girls Ketamine, and then raping them.
During the same investigation, another victim, a 15-year-old girl disclosed that on multiple occasions, she voluntarily took Ketamine from Matz and that Matz had sex with her several times.
Bradley Eugene Matz is described as a white male, 5 feet 11 inches and 165 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes.
