OLYMPIA: Jefferson Middle School to host parenting series

A series of free parenting classes will run from 6:30-8 p.m. Wednesdays from March 5 to April 16 at Jefferson Middle School, 2200 Conger Ave. NW, Olympia. (There will be no class April 9 due to spring break.)

The classes, which are open to the public, will cover a variety of topics, including family philosophies and expectations, adult and child anger management techniques, setting limits, family stress and communication.

Child care for ages 3-12 is available for those who register in advance.
