Resource Fair for special needs youth set for March 18

Representatives from 25 private, nonprofit and governmental organizations are slated to participate in the Thurston County High School Transition and Resource Fair, from 4 to 7 p.m., Tuesday at the Department of Labor and Industries building, 7273 Linderson Way, Tumwater.

The event is aimed at providing resources and information about services for parents and young adults with developmental disabilities who will graduate within the next few years, according to a news release from Thurston County.

It is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
