A fast pitch game from 3-6 p.m. Saturday at Dream Team Park, 425 Marvin Road SE, Lacey, will raise money for victims of the Oso mudslide.

The game will feature 2014 Lakefair queen Madison Murphy, as well as members of the 16 and under Seattle Panthers White and the 18 and under Washington Illusion Gold teams.

“I am so excited to have an opportunity to play the game I love while helping others,” Murphy said in a news release. “It has been amazing to see the community come together as sponsors.

“… Our community is truly amazing, and it’s inspiring to see how many people are willing to help if you only ask.”

Each player is bringing a donation, the umpires are donating their time and the field time has been donated by Dream Team Park. Olympia Thurston County Crime Stoppers is one of the major supporters of the event, which is open to the public.
