Aki Buckson scored on a balk from third base after an eighth-inning double to give Central Kitsap a 7-6 win over Olympia in the third/fourth-place game of the 4A Narrows League baseball tournament at the Regional Athletic Complex. Olympia tied the score at 6 in the fifth inning on Matt Anthony’s RBI double, which drove in Ben Pedigo. Anthony and Pedigo combined for five of Olympia’s 14 hits.

Timberline slipped to fifth place in the 3A Narrows League boys soccer standings — one game out of the final playoff spot — with a 2-1 loss to Mount Tahoma. The Blazers (3-7-1) have one league game remaining, Monday against league-leading Wilson.

Jordan Williams’ insurance goal in the 74th minute helped Bellarmine Prep to a 2-0 victory over Olympia in 4A Narrows League boys soccer.

Brendan McCauley’s 2-over-par 38 at Lake Spanaway led Olympia to a 71-40 win over Yelm in 4A Narrows boys golf.

In a battle of unbeaten teams in 3A Narrows girls golf, Timberline topped Shelton, 96-86, behind Mikayla Blumer’s 43 at Alderbrook Golf and Yacht Club.

Medalist Joohee Kim’s 95 paced the Olympia girls golf team in a 210-183 win over Yelm at Lake Spanaway.
