Suspicious man approached 10-year-old girls at bus stop near Olympia Airport

Thurston County sheriff's deputies are notifying the public that a suspicious man reportedly pulled up to two 10-year-old girls at a bus stop Wednesday morning at 79th Avenue and Belmonte Drive, near the Olympia Airport.

The man was driving a light-tan colored sport-utility vehicle about 8 a.m. and asked the girls if they were alright. One of the girls was rubbing her neck, and the man offered to rub her neck for her.

The man made no attempt to get out of his vehicle, and then drove off, according to Thurston County Sheriff's Sgt. Ray Brady.
