People news: SCJ Alliance adds three to staff

SCJ Alliance, now based in Lacey, has added three more people to its growing staff.

Here are the new hires:

-Dan Penrose, planning manager. Penrose previously was the program manager for the South Sound Military & Communities Partnership. Before that he was a senior planner for the city of Lakewood.

-Molly Linville, environmental planner, Wenatchee office. Linville has been a wildlife biologist for more than 10 years, spending time at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and Landau Associates.

-Cathy McKay, senior marketing coordinator. Her specialties include "publication production, communicating written and verbal technical information to non-technical audiences, and creation of large project competitive presentations," according to a news release.

SCJ Alliance is a transportation planning and design, civil engineering and land use/environmental planning firm. It also has offices in Vancouver, Wash., Wenatchee, Boise and Westminster, Colo.
