Troopers arrested a Federal Way man on suspicion of driving under the influence with his three children in the vehicle, after his car rolled Wednesday night on Interstate 5 near Tumwater.

The children were taken to a local hospital, but did not have any serious injuries, State Patrol spokesman Guy Gill said. They are ages 5, 7 and 10, he said, and were released to their mom.

Their 32-year-old father, who is also being investigated for reckless endangerment of the children, was not hurt.

Gill first reported the crash via twitter about 8:15 p.m., and said it happened on the northbound freeway, at mile 102.

No other vehicles were involved.
