Staff writerJuly 9, 2014

Drivers can expect delays and temporary road and lane closures as the city of Lacey embarks on more road work in the next two weeks.

This week the city will begin work on improving three miles of streets in the neighborhoods of Campus Park, Christa Heights, Classic Heights and Continental Crest.

Next week the work will include the widening of Meridian Road N.E. from Orion Drive to 31st Ave. N.E., and the reconstruction of a section of 31st Ave. N.E. next to Meridian Road N.E.

Updated traffic advisories can be found on the city’s website at www.ci.lacey.wa.us.
