Resignations: Robinson, Koenings, Bosworth, Stephani

I literally cannot keep up with the amount of news coming out of the Gregoire cabinet today. Department of Information Services Director Gary Robinson is retiring, Department of Early Learning Director Jone Bosworth is taking off, Fish and Wildlife Director Jeff Koenings is gone, and the rumor mill is rampaging.

Robinson was the latest for me to hear about, as of 1 p.m. today.

"It appears to make sense, 32 years in and saying it's time to retire," said agency spokeswoman Joanne Todd.

But word is that Cheryl Stephani, head of the Children's Administration, is also departing (have phone call in on that). And I’ve got two other names on the line I need to flesh out a bit more here.

UPDATE: Stephani is indeed departing at the end of the year, according to DSHS spokesman Thomas Shapley.

UPDATE II: One repeatedly mentioned as a pending departure was Health Secretary Mary Selecky, who began her tenure under Gov. Gary Locke. But she said through her PIO Tim Church she is "absolutely has not resigned."
