Today's edition of The Olympian looks a little different from what you're used to.
This is the first edition to be printed on the presses of The News Tribune, our McClatchy Company sister newspaper in Tacoma.
Tacoma's presses give us greater flexibility in how the paper is organized.
We've reduced the number of sections from four to three, which allows us to save paper while continuing to provide the level of coverage you've come to expect.
Here's a quick look at other changes:
All of the news in A: Local news is The Olympian's strength, and we've moved it to the front of the A section for greater emphasis. Also in the enlarged A section: Regional, national, world and business news and the Opinion page. We've dropped daily stocks listings from the paper, but full listings are available at www.theolympian.com.
Living in B: We've given the daily Living section the front of the B section. There you'll find coverage of family issues, food, pop culture, entertainment and weekend adventures. We're also moving our weekly Environment page to the Living front on Tuesdays, beginning Nov. 18, to give more prominence to John Dodge's environmental reporting.
And you'll still find daily TV listings and the Comics in Living. Classified advertising will move to the back of the B section.
Sports: Sports, Outdoors and Weather will appear in section C.
Other changes: We've revised our page headings to make things easier to find and slightly increased the size of the type we use in stories to make reading easier on the eyes.
We hope you'll find these changes helpful and invite your comments.

I was curious as to why the PARADE section of the Sunday's paper's front page stated "Is Benazir Bhutto America's best hope against al-Qaeda?" Do you think it should have started "Would she or Could she"? I am sure you know she was murdered ? I read the article but perhaps it was too early in the morning but I did not read anything saying about her being dead. I think she would have been a great asset but know we will never know. -- Bill
I find it very disturbing that on December 7th the Olympia chose to print only one article regarding Pearl Harbor. This “Day in Infamy” must never be forgotten. To ignore the servicemen (and women) and the sacrifices during WW2 is a slap in the face to the veterans. An apology would seem to be in order. - Keith L. Clark
