The Olympian's corps of loyal outdoors readers usually has just one chance a week to win an Olympian Outdoor ballcap -- through the Sunday photo contest.

But another chance to win South Sound's most coveted fashion statement happens during the next few days.

This weekend's Backyard Bird Count got fearless Sports Editor Ron Newberry thinking about birds and photos and, yes, Olympian Outdoor hats.

So, send in your bird photos, and we'll send an Olympian Outdoors hat to the shooter of the best shot. I, outdoor reporter Chester Allen, will be the judge, so who knows what will happen?
