    A photo caption on Tuesday's B1 misidentified the player shown on the right. He is Osvaldo Alonso, a player for the Seattle Sounders.

  • Correction for June 19

    Milan Saltchev was misidentified in a photo caption Wednesday on Page C4.

  • Corrections for June 18

    The Masterworks Choral Ensemble concert will take place at 7:30 p.m. Saturday. The date was incorrect in a list on Page C1 Wednesday.

  • Corrections for June 16

    The Olympia School District will hold a public hearing on its 2009-10 budget at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the district office board room, 1113 Legion Way S.E., Olympia. The board is scheduled to make a decision on its budget at its regularly scheduled board meeting at 6:30 p.m. June 23, in the same location. A story on page A3 in Monday’s Olympian listed the incorrect date of the regularly scheduled board meeting.

  • Correction for June 2

    The Olympia City Council meeting will be held at a special time today, 6 p.m., at Council Chambers, 900 Plum St. S.E. Public testimony, including from parents concerned about the planned closure of city after-school programs, will be accepted at the meeting for up to 30 minutes, starting shortly after 6 p.m. An item on Page A3 in Monday’s Olympian was incorrect.

  • Clarification for June 1

    Parents concerned about the city’s planned closure of four after-school programs can show up at 5:30 p.m. to give testimony before the City Council’s business meeting today, or they can offer comments after the meeting. Public testimony won’t be accepting during the meeting, which begins at 6 p.m. An item on Page A3 in Sunday’s Olympian was unclear.

    Vincent Farler was sentenced to five years and three months in prison for operating a boat under the influence of alcohol during an accident that killed three people in June. The sentence length was incorrect in a story on Page A1 in Monday’s Olympian.

  • Corrections for May 16

    The “Hats and Music” parade, part of the Lacey Spring Fun Fair, will begin at noon today at Saint Martin’s University, 5300 Pacific Ave. S.E. The location was incorrect in an item on Page A3 in Friday’s Olympian.
