Corrections for Oct. 6

THE OLYMPIAN | • Published October 06, 2009

Congress amended the federal law to give the United States Olympic Committee trademark protection over additional terms in 1998. A front-page story Monday listed an incorrect year.

Patrons of the Timberland Regional Library who have signed up will receive e-mail notices four days before an item is due. They will receive either e-mail, telephone or mail notice of an overdue item between 10 and 13 days after it is overdue and, again, on the 20th day overdue. A story in the Sept. 29 edition of The Olympian contained incorrect information on the notification process.
