Buchmann, David Lee, 21, 1132 26th Ave. N.E., Olympia, pleaded guilty, fined $866, sentenced to serve 365 days with 364 days suspended. Date of violation: Oct. 7, 2008.

Cole, Eric J., 30, 211 Pattison St. N.E., Olympia, pleaded guilty, fined $866, sentenced to serve 365 days with 364 days suspended. Date of violation: July 18, 1978.

Fritcher, Katrina D., 24, 2114 Olympia Ave. N.E., Olympia, found guilty, fined $866, sentenced to serve 365 days with 364 days suspended. Date of violation: Nov. 1, 2008.

Harris, Joshua C., 24, 7904 Box Elder Road, Olympia, pleaded guilty, fined $1,121, sentenced to serve 365 days with 275 days suspended. Date of violation: May 25, 2008.
